Subway Surfers is an endless runner game released in 2012 and developed by Kiloo and SYBO Games. You play as Jake and other graffiti runners trying to escape the Inspector and his dog while racing through busy subway tracks. The game mixes simple arcade controls with quick reactions, letting you switch lanes, jump over trains, roll under barriers, collect coins, and grab useful power-ups while the run keeps getting faster. There is no final level to reach, so the main goal is to stay alive, build a better score, complete challenges, and keep your run going a little longer. It was originally made for mobile play and is now also available in web browser versions, making it easy to enjoy a quick round without learning complicated controls.

Beginner Guide

• Just keep running. Your character moves forward on their own, so you mainly need to worry about where to move next.
• Change lanes when you need to. Swipe left or right on mobile to move between the three tracks. On desktop, use the arrow keys.
• Jump over things. Swipe up to jump over barriers, trains, and other obstacles. Swipe down when you need to roll under something.
• Use the hoverboard. Double-tap the screen to activate it on mobile. It can save you when you make a bad move.
• Take your time with coins. You will see plenty of them while running, but don't jump into a train just to grab a few extra coins.
